Facebook Account Has Been Hacked - How To Get Back Your Account

My Brothers account has been hack by someone, what should we do? where should i report? can her get back her account?my account got hacked yesturday, via fb mobile (changed my status), how do you report this cuase im sure the support team can get the mobile number .
